I don’t usually post this sort of stuff however I bought Rock Band 2 yesterday (Sat 23rd) and have been playing it online a fair bit and basically I’ve been comparing my online experiences between it and COD 4 and then comparing this to real world people.
And I’ve found 1 common trend 99% of the people you meet are idiots (not official statistic) everywhere I go in town people think replying to a question with “Your Mum/Mom” is funny and online Americans using “Tea Jokes” everytime they notice an English person in the the room.
Lets take my recent Rock Band 2 event – I was playing in a Score Duel online round against RhysHovell
he quit about 3/4 of the way through the song, so I sent him a message asking why he left to recieve this message
i dont waste my time on FAKE guitar. I had to go anyway your gran was getting cold
I don’t know about everyone else here I just think there is no need for this sort of behaviour online or offline and it’s the same no matter what game or place I play or go to.
What this like in your area? Personally I’m just getting tired of these people with the intelligence level of a 4 year old being allowed on Xbox Live or being the most popular kid in the group.
End Rant

Welcome to the world of online gaming. It’s filled with faggotry, idiocy and 13 year olds. I do agree that most people online just fail to have any form of manners, but hey…you kind of get use to it and zone it out. Not to mention, the community is a huge part of why I dislike shooters on the console.
This is why I never use the mic unless I’m playing co-op. I daresay there’s more stupidity in online gaming than there is in YouTube comments.
…On second thoughts, I take that back >_>
@Eternal
I just feel sorry for any future evolutions of this planet/aliens who come here in the future and dig up the idiocy that is the youtube comments server.
