Setting goals both short and long term is a good thing, and the best time to do so is now at the beginning of this (already wet and rainy, at least where I live) New Year!
But before I write down my goals for the new year, lets see how I did with last years goals:
- New Site Layout – Achieved (Still a few things to do here and there though)
- Build a Stable user-base – Semi-Achieved (Was going well until Uni threw me out of my routine)
- Loose Weight – Work in Progress (Lost quite a bit of weight, but need to loose more)
- Get into Brookes – Achieved (by far the best 2 months of my life so far)
I am really pleased that I managed to at least make a dent into all my goals last year, however now is time to look onward to what to do in 2010, I’ve done some thinking and here are my goals for this year.
- Complete 2-3 New Headers (End of Jan 2010)
- 1000 Unique visitors daily (Dec 2010)
- Create some form of original content (June 2010)
- Get a job (ASAP)
- Save money to go to Japan (April 2010)
- Study more Japanese (On-Going till fluent)
- Use Japanese more often – Start: Facebook updates/tweets in Japanese.
- Increase my Gundam Figure Collection (Dec 2010) [Pictures of my 00 Raiser SOON!]
- Read More Manga (Each and every month)
- and finally LOOSE MORE WEIGHT (its been in there every year for 5 years, why stop now!)
So what are your New Years Resolutions? We would love to here what you aim to do this year, but think about it carefully.

>and finally LOOSE MORE WEIGHT
In my case, I need to GAIN MORE WEIGHT. I do it every year but my weight’s still the same. ;_;
My aim currently is to get back into posting, finish my large backlog of series (currently working my ass through all of Macross and Gundam’s UC era) and start working my professionally on my kits, which goes with getting the right tools rather than using only a dull razor, wire cutters and a thing sharpie with an eraser. Anyways happy new year o/ and I don’t have mine for another 20 or something more days.
