Sunrise has announced that the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn will premier on 6 Feb 2010 in Hong Kong.
The first episode will also be shown for a limited two week period in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo from February 20th. On the same day, Sony will begin distributing the anime on the PlayStation Store in Japan.
Bandai has also teamed up Amazon Japan to exclusively distribute the Blu-ray volume of Gundam Unicorn starting on March 12 which will last for two months. The first of six DVD volumes will ship on the same day with Japanese dubbing as well as Japanese and English subtitles.
I am really looking forward to this, I throughly enjoyed reading the novels and can’t wait to see them animated.
